Background

Sizampilo Projects was established in 2002 to provide services in the field of civil construction. The establishment of the company was a result of a desire by the founders to make a contribution towards meeting the challenges offered by the emergence of democratic rule in our country that seeks to provide adequate housing and infrastructure for all citizens. Also the aim of the company is to generate employment & skills transfer that will have spin-offs to other economic activities in the previously and currently disadvantaged communities. The company has a team of well-trained artisans who boast extensive expertise in the field of construction. Sizampilo Projects is based in Ka-Bokweni (Mbombela Municipality) but also operates throughout Mpumalanga and the rest of South Africa.​

Sizampilo Projects works hand in hand with its sisters company Mbombela bricks.​

The bricks and paving used by Sizampilo Projects are manufactured at the Mbombela Bricks molding plant in Ka-Bokweni.​

The two companies are owned by Mr. Carlton Pule Shakwane. Under his guidance the two companies are making a mark in the field of construction. Many projects have been awarded by the department of housing and were successfully completed. Sizampilo Projects is proud to be one of the successful building companies helping communities by building quality and durable RDP house.​

Sizampilo Projects success has been acknowledged with the presentation of the Govern Mbeki Award bestowed by the Mpumalanga by the Mpumalanga Department of Human Settlement.

In addition to the transportation of sand & material, Sizampilo Projects has also expanded their business to include property development. Houses and offices to rent for government use as well as private individuals & companies.
